What you'll do?

TLDR; Manage, Curate & Produce bar-raising social travel experiences for groups. (Hotels, Flights, Experiences/Activities, Food)

As a Global Hotel Inventory Manager at Experience Co., you’ll be at the forefront of managing, curating, negotiating and building relationships with boutique hotels, chain hotels & premium hotels of the world from Iceland to Japan.


At Experience Co. you will be involved in various aspects of experience design, planning, bookings, coordination and inventory management, budgets & building strategic partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be building relationships, negotiating with hotels from boutique villas, handpicked airbnbs and 5-star luxury hotels.
  • You will directly be the first point of contact for all our hotel partners
  • You will manage rooms, nights, preferences and requirements realtime with our hotel partners
  • You will be directly working with the production team on destinations like Greece, Japan, Spain, Iceland, South Africa, etc.
  • You will get to manage budgets, negotiate with hotels, coordinate dates & outcomes, all of this while prioritising resident experience on our trips.
  • You will be working in a dynamic, yet remote environment, and can expect a startup energy through and through, where execution is the focus.
  • In this role, you will get to use both your left & right brain, and dance between both to launch, produce, curate experiences across the world
