Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist at Eternz. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day customer support tasks, including addressing customer inquiries across channels (Calls, Emails, Social Media), providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves interacting with customers to understand and resolve their queries, as well as providing assistance in selecting and customising jewellery products.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Technical Support, and Interpersonal Skills
- Should speak to customers very well and resolve their queries with best solution
- Very enthusiastic and optimistic language and voice
- Analytical Skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer satisfaction
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Prior experience in a customer support role is preferred
- Knowledge of jewelry and fashion is a plus
Preferred
- 1-3 years experience in Customer Support role
