Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Customer Support Executive at OutdoCart. The role involves providing exceptional customer support, resolving technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and utilizing analytical skills to improve support processes. Provide demos and training to customers and ecosystem players.
Qualifications
- Customer Support and Technical Support skills- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Satisfaction focus- Analytical Skills for troubleshooting and process improvement- Experience in handling complex customer queries- Ability to work effectively in a team environment- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Highly preferred
- Working knowledge of HTML CSS- Previous experience in e-commerce or tech support is a plus
