Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented quality assurance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and quality of our trading platforms through comprehensive testing strategies and automation frameworks.Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to implementation and maintenance, ensuring seamless integration with development teams.Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications and comprehensive test implementation plans, driving alignment across departments.Design and develop automated testing frameworks and tools using C++, Python, and JavaScript for critical trading systems, enhancing scalability and efficiency.Create and maintain comprehensive test suites for critical trading components, ensuring coverage of functional, performance, and edge-case scenarios, reducing errors and improving quality.Develop benchmarking tools for measuring system performance, latency, and throughput in high-frequency trading environments, optimizing system resources.Contribute to architectural discussions and provide direct input in design decisions to ensure testability and quality from the ground up, minimizing risks and issues.Provide technical support for client implementations and troubleshooting complex production issues, resolving problems quickly and efficiently.Implement and maintain continuous integration/deployment pipelines with integrated testing automation, streamlining workflows and improving productivity.Build monitoring solutions for system performance, reliability, and quality metrics in production environments, enabling data-driven decision making.Write production-quality code for new testing features, tools, and quality improvements, maintaining high standards and best practices.Collaborate with development teams to optimize critical execution paths and identify performance bottlenecks, enhancing overall system performance.Create detailed technical documentation for testing procedures, frameworks, and quality standards for both internal and external use, facilitating knowledge sharing and adherence to standards.Conduct thorough regression testing and validate system behavior across multiple trading venues and market conditions, ensuring robustness and reliability.Establish and promote quality assurance best practices, testing standards, and methodologies across the organization, driving a culture of excellence and quality.About This RoleThis role requires a strong background in software testing, quality assurance, and automation, with experience working on large-scale trading platforms.
