Quality Assurance SpecialistWe are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality control and assurance, with a strong understanding of inspection protocols.A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required. A master's degree is preferred.5+ years of experience in quality control and assurance, preferably in the renewable energy sector.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001.Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly.About the JobThe Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and performing pre-dispatch inspections for renewable energy equipment. This includes solar modules, energy storage systems, wind turbines, and inverters.Understand the inspection plan and checklist content after being trained to the project's requirements.Participate in the project opening meeting to brief the supplier on the scope, inspection rules, and schedule.Verify conditions on site prior to performing the inspection.Coordinate the inspection team on site as per the activity schedule prepared by the Project Manager.Witness manufacturing and testing progress by analyzing measurements according to a checklist.Monitor the testing lead time to ensure completion within the agreed schedule.Inform contact people on the inspection site about findings and analyze their improvement plan.Report to the Project Manager the findings observed on site during the inspection.Fulfill the inspection report, based on the format prepared by the Service Engineering team.Suggest improvements to the supplier to enhance the inspected product and testing conditions.Propose improvements to the inspection methodology.BenefitsThis position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
