They will also conduct effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new client accounts.Relationship Management: As a trusted advisor to clients, the Business Development Lead will establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and hiring managers within client organizations. They will understand client requirements, staffing needs, and challenges to propose tailored staffing solutions that align with their business objectives.The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in business development and sales within the IT staffing industry, with a proven track record of signing new clients and generating sales and business revenue.They will possess in-depth knowledge of the IT and non-IT staffing market, including current trends, technologies, and industry players. Additionally, they should have a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, results-oriented individual who can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. They should also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Able to work remotely or from our offices, must have proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
