Job Summary:The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring process quality as per organization and international standards. This includes overseeing inspections, developing quality processes, handling non-conformance issues, and collaborating with production and design teams to improve product quality.Location: Site V EPIP, Greater NoidaDepartment: Quality AssuranceEmployment Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities:Quality Control & Inspection:Conduct in-process and final inspection of electrical panels, GA, SLD, Scheme, and functions of all components/ wiring.Perform functional testing, continuity checks, and verification against design specifications and schematics.Documentation & Compliance:Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and test data.Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IEC standards, and customer specifications.Root Cause Analysis & CAPA:Investigate quality issues, non-compliance and product failures.Initiate and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Process Improvement:Analyze production processes for quality improvement opportunities.Assist in developing and refining quality control plans and procedures.Supplier Quality Management:Coordinate with suppliers to address material quality concerns.Conduct incoming inspection and supplier audits as needed.Training & Support:Train production staff on quality standards and inspection procedures.Provide quality-related guidance during product builds and samples.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering.3–5 years of experience in quality assurance in the electrical or panel-building industry.Good understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control systems.Familiarity with ISO 9001, IEC 61439 and other relevant standards.
