Key Responsibilities:

- **Data Input**: Enter customer, account, and inventory data from various sources (e.g., receipts, invoices, registers) into the store's computer systems.
- **Data Verification**: Review entered data for errors and inconsistencies, correcting them as needed.
- **Data Management**: Organize and maintain data in an organized and secure manner, ensuring data integrity and security.
- **Data Research**: Research and gather data for missing or incomplete records.
- **Data Backups**: Perform regular backups of data to prevent loss.
- **Reporting**: Generate reports and data sets as required by the store.
- **Record Management**: File and maintain both electronic and paper records.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain the confidentiality of customer and store data.
- **Other Duties**: May assist with other administrative tasks, such as scanning documents, printing, or filing.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Office Suite
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Typing speed Minimum 40WPM
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good command of English and ability to organize content clearly
- Ability to meet deadlines and multitask
- Minimum Experience 1-2 Year.
