You will harness cutting-edge technology to revolutionise our digital offerings, ensuring unparalleled customer experiences.  To be successful as a Performance Test Lead you should have experience with:    Performance Testing Tools & Frameworks - Hands-on expertise with LoadRunner, Jmeter, or similar tools for load, stress, and volume testingJava Spring Boot Microservices Architecture - Deep understanding of microservices performance characteristics, inter-service communication, and distributed system bottlenecksDatabase Performance Analysis - Proficient in Oracle database performance tuning, query optimization, connection pooling, and database monitoring toolsKafka & Message Queue Performance - Experience testing and analyzing Kafka clusters, message throughput, consumer lag, and event-driven architecture performanceTeam Leadership & Management - Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage performance testing teams of ~5-7 engineers across multiple projectsSome other highly valued skills may include:APM & Monitoring Tools - Experience with Application Performance Monitoring tools like AppDynamics or Prometheus/GrafanaDevOps & CI/CD Integration - Ability to integrate performance tests into GitLab CI/CD pipelines and implement shift-left performance testing practicesContainerization Performance - Understanding of Docker/Kubernetes performance implications, resource limits, and container orchestration impact on application performanceProcess Improvement - Establish performance testing standards, best practices, and governance frameworks across the organizationYou may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.This role is based out of Pune.
