Job Description:

As a Project Manager and IT Professional, they will act as the project owner for a multitude of diverse, global projects and daily responsibilities to oversee resource planning management. Their diverse background in business and IT, with experience in enterprise applications will allow them to successfully interact and collaborate with executive business leaders, and to effectively articulate project parameters and key performance indicators.


Project Management/Coordination Skills:

  • Agile Project Management
  • Interface and coordinate with other functional groups, stakeholders and business leaders
  • Create, maintain, and own project schedules, risk logs, issue logs and actions associated with specified projects
  • Develop, manage, and report on project budgets
  • Provide weekly and monthly leadership reporting on project KPIs
  • Create and foster relationships with strategic suppliers for sourcing project needs
  • Communicate with project sponsors, stakeholders, and team members on all facets of a project
  • Host global meetings, documenting notes and follow-up actions
  • Mentor other project managers in the Project & Portfolio Management Organization and project team members
  • Support the Project & Portfolio Management Organization in continuous improvement
  • Guide global project teams through all project phases from inception to closure across a diverse enterprise
  • End-to-end resource allocations and capacity analysis
  • Configuration management within the resource capacity tool
  • Ensure input data cycles are maintained
  • Reporting and partner with portfolio managers to ensure both documents are in sync, build roadmap capacity planning views to help determine resource capacity and identify any gaps
  • Other duties as assigned

Global Mobilization team's primary goals and objectives are to:

  • Provide scripted IT procedures which help provide a consistent customer experience
  • Be the single point of contact for the IT portion of the REO mobilization efforts
  • Gather the project requirements and determine the expected project scope
  • Development of a Basis of Estimate (BOE) and submit for approval​
  • Partner with REO\Facilities and Business PM (Project Manager) to gather the IT Requirements for office and provide continued support throughout the project
  • Provide costs and follow Capital Expense Request (CER) procedures
  • Manage IT budget as provided in approved CER
  • Work with cross functional partners to design, plan, and implement solutions
  • Keep Management and Project teams informed of the project status and its health
  • Complete project close out to allow for lessons leaned
  • Ensure agile approach to fully leverage IT processes, technical standards, and annual fiscal budgets

Here’s what they will need:

  • Experience as an IT project manager or IT leader
  • Experience managing enterprise applications and software development projects
  • PMI Certified
  • Ability to complete large scale enterprise projects on time, on budget and with a high degree of quality
  • Ability to effectively and clearly convey information at all levels, organization, time management, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
  • Office relation/mobilization experience
  • Understanding of office technology (network, audio visual, etc.)

Ideally, they will also have:

  • Project management expertise in merger & acquisition activities
  • Scrum Master Certification
