Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and resource allocation.
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to management.
Lead, monitor and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative environment
Delegate project tasks based on individual team members’ strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure project milestones are met.
Identify, analyse and manage project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as necessary.
Implement risk mitigation strategies and escalate issues when necessary to ensure project success.
Ensure that all projects adhere to the company’s quality standards and methodologies.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a relevant field.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and knowledge of resource management and team dynamics.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Proficiency in project management software (Jira)
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manager multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
