We are a well-established real estate company based in Margao, South Goa, and we are looking for a dedicated full-time Legal Officer to join our in-house team.🔍 Key Responsibilities:Drafting and execution of customer agreements and legal documentationPreparing title reports and conducting title due diligenceManaging property-related legal formalities and complianceCoordinating with our senior external advocates for court matters and legal proceedingsSupporting the management team with legal opinions and property documentation reviews✅ Requirements:Must be a qualified Advocate with valid enrollmentMinimum 2–5 years of experience in the real estate legal domainStrong knowledge of property laws, title verification, RERA regulations, and drafting skillsExcellent coordination and communication skillsMust be currently residing in South Goa or willing to work daily from our office in Margao⚠ Please note: Applications from outside South Goa will not be considered for this position.
