The Sales Executive will be responsible for lead management, conversion into site visits , building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and representing the company's portfolio of services and properties. The Sales Executive will also be involved in client negotiations, handling sales process and co-ordinating across other departments.QualificationsProven experience in sales, ideally within the real estateStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with clientsProficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteUnderstanding of the North Goa real estate market is a plusBachelor’s degree Self-motivated, target-driven, and ability to work independently
