The Legal Counsel/Executive will perform broad legal assignments that are varied in nature and complex in character, acting as counsel to company. The individual will spend a significant amount of his/her time preparing and reviewing variety of agreements/documents/letters and advising on various legal issues related to construction and land matters.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Draft and negotiate on land/flats/offices sale/lease agreements. Study all necessary and relevant data/documents to give the best possible solution.
- Prepare legal notices & letters etc for all construction related activities.
- Keep a track and follow up with all legal cases and co-ordinate with the Company’s outside law firms and advisors for various the cases.
- Execute conveyance deeds and follow up to complete all pending works.
- Prepare report and document all land records for properties belonging to the company.
- Prepare Labor/Contractor Contracts.
- While the individual in this role will have access to Company’s outside law firms and advisors, this position requires the use of both sound legal and business judgment.
- Makes recommendations which may have an important bearing on the conduct of the company’s business.
- Handling other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Law degree from an accredited law school and admitted to practice law in India.
- Minimum of three years legal experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail and efficient management of time, including ability to prioritize assignments, solve problems and meet deadlines;
- Ability to deal effectively with individuals at all levels, both within and outside the Company;
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality;
- Regular and predictable attendance;
- Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn new things.
- Self-motivated.
- Must know Konkani, Marathi and English

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
