Pre-Opening PhaseWork closely with owners, consultants, and the corporate office to execute the pre-opening plan.Oversee construction progress, snagging, fit-outs, and ensure compliance with brand standards.Coordinate with technical services, procurement, IT, and contractors to ensure timely delivery.Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with the brand and local requirements.Plan and execute the hotel’s pre-opening critical path and budget.Team Building & HRRecruit, train, and lead a pre-opening leadership team and staff across all departments.Implement brand culture, values, and training standards.Establish performance metrics and succession planning for key roles.Financial & Business StrategyDevelop and manage the pre-opening budget, including operational, marketing, and manpower costs.Create the business plan, including revenue forecasts, positioning strategy, and cost controls.Work with the sales & marketing team to launch pre-opening campaigns and PR initiatives.Operations ReadinessEnsure licenses, permits, and statutory compliances are in place.Establish vendor contracts, supply chain, and inventory management systems.Set up IT systems, PMS, POS, and accounting systems for smooth functioning.Conduct trial runs, soft opening, and operational audits before the official launch.Post-OpeningDrive commercial performance to achieve occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and profitability targets.Build strong guest engagement, loyalty programs, and brand positioning in the market.Continuously monitor service standards, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
