Job title: Contract Administrator

Location : Hyderabad

Work Mode : Hybrid

Shift : 05:30PM - 02:30AM IST


The Contracts Administrator must be highly organized, detail oriented and proactive, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs. In this role, the Contracts Administrator shall provide administrative support to the Legal department by coordinating with various functional areas of the business on legal-related matters, and organizing and managing files providing all forms of contract-related administrative support through all phases of the contract management cycle and general administrative support, as required.


Duties:

  • Update contract templates from time to time and ensure access by all users
  • Maintain an organized repository of new clients, contracts and related documentation, tracking key dates and obligations, to ensure accuracy of data, in both the contract management software and the front office system.
  • Generate ad hoc reports and provide updates on the status of contracts to management on an as needed basis.
  • Modify pricing requests to Randstad form of agreement
  • Coordinate signature of final documents and distribution of fully executed agreement
  • Coordinate various projects, as assigned


Education & Experience

  • College Diploma or University Degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years related corporate experience
  • Advanced level proficiency in contract management or signature management software (Legal Suite, DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat or other), Google Applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meets, Calendar Management), Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)


Must Have: English

Nice to have skills: Law Clerk, Legal Assistant or Paralegal Diploma or its equivalent
