**Description**:
Contract Administrators at TA Digital evaluate, develop, and negotiate company contracts / proposals by coordinating between vendors, clients, key stakeholders, compliance and legal. They are charged with ensuring that the representative parties are complicit with the terms of the contract, as well as ensuring that all contracts / proposals abide by local, federal and international laws.

Contract Administrators have a strong knowledge of business financial best practices, an understanding of contract law, and possess a strong attention to detail. They must also be skilled communicators and have excellent negotiation skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop contract proposals to support organizational goals
- Review and redline all client and vendor contracts - MSA, SOW, NDA and other legal contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and standard business requirements
- Interface/Coordinate with Clients/vendors and OPMG Legal counsel to negotiate contract terms
- Support presales, and sales teams with any registration requirements
- Support signature/countersignature process
- Send important legal notices/communications to clients/vendors as needed.
- Maintain the legal contract repository along with contact information for all clients (for notices/communications).
- Create regular status reports regarding progress on all contract negotiations
- Analyze contracts to ensure they comply with state, federal, international laws and regulations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law or Paralegal or 8+ years equivalent contract work experience
- 4+ year’s experience in contract review, paralegal or relevant field
- Exemplifies knowledge of contract law, accounting principles and finance
- Possesses superior attention to detail in order to spot inconsistencies in contracts
- Proficient computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication plus interpersonal relationship skills
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision making skills
- Must perform accurate work under the pressures of tight schedules
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Ability to input data with a high accuracy rating, and strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
