The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for client services, client relations, presentations, customer service, and account management on a day-to-day basis.The Client Servicing Executive will also be responsible for effective communication through handling calls, reaching out to the clients thru whatsapp, email marketing and calls, ensuring customer satisfaction through quick, timely & relevant reply, coordinating timely execution of bookings and add on services with internal teams, and providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.QualificationsShould be able to communicate fluently in English and HindiShould be efficient in MS ExcelShould have good knowledge of AI toolsClient Services and Client Relations skillsPresentations and Customer Service skillsAccount Management skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesExperience in the events or hospitality industry is a plusGood knowledge of Social mediaGood knowledge of MS Excel
