We are hiring Client Relationship & Business Development Executive (US IT Staffing)

Location: Noida

Shift Timing: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship & Business Development

2. Establish and maintain strong client relationships to understand their business needs and objectives.

3. Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between clients and the organization.

4. Develop strategic account plans to drive long-term partnerships.

5. Identify and acquire new clients while expanding business opportunities with existing accounts.

6. Ensure timely submission of client requirements and provide necessary information for end-client submissions.

Strategic Planning & Execution

1. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth across different verticals and geographies

.2. Engage with key stakeholders within client organizations to identify immediate and long-term hiring needs

.3. Work towards achieving sales targets, including new client acquisition and

4. Master Service Agreement (MSA) signings.

5. Streamline processes to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.

Recruitment & Team Management

2. Maintain a high shortlist-to-interview-to-selection ratio.

3. Be actively involved in recruitment activities and contribute to successful closures.

4. Ensure efficient team performance by setting clear goals and driving results.

5. Sales & P&L Accountability

6. Take ownership of revenue generation, profitability, and overall business growth.

7. Ensure achievement of sales targets and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in client management within IT contract staffing (Implementation/SI Clients).

✔ Strong sales experience in the IT staffing and recruitment industry.

✔ Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving business goals.

✔ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
