Job DescriptionDynamics 365 Finance and Operations functional consultants support business users, contribute to solution design, create functional and customisation documents, assist with configuration and data migration, and troubleshoot issues.Support the roll out of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations across all countries.Support business users with their day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.Understand the functional capabilities and limitations of out-of-the-box functionality.Identify customer requirements and match them with D365 F&O capabilities.Analyse business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.Functional consultants should have a deep understanding of the Finance module and Project Management and Accounting (PMA).Able to apply functional knowledge to practical scenarios.Experience of customised solutions to complex business problems.Ability to communicate clearly with global colleagues.Demonstrable consultancy experience.Strong working knowledge of business processes and ER framework.The ideal candidate will have:Relevant Microsoft certification.5+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant.PMA Module implementation and support.Fluent in English is a must.Excellent documentation and communication skills.Good interpersonal skills.Qualified Accountant / MBA (Finance) desirable.
