Role Overview
We’re looking for a Business Analyst skilled in Excel and SQL to support data-driven decision-making across teams. Experience with Python is a strong plus. You will analyze large datasets, generate actionable insights, and help improve business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL and Excel to support marketing, operations, and sales teams.
- Build dashboards, reports, and automated tools to monitor key business metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into business actions.
- Assist in data validation and quality checks.
- Use Python (optional but preferred) for advanced data manipulation and analysis.
- Support ad hoc analyses and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas).
- Expert-level SQL skills for querying large datasets.
- Familiarity with Python for data analysis is a strong advantage.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a startup environment.
