Technical Business Analyst Job DescriptionAs a Technical Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. You will gather, analyze and document finance stakeholder needs and translate them into clear specifications for our development team.Key Responsibilities include gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements from finance stakeholders, translating business needs into clear technical specifications, collaborating with stakeholders, developers and project managers to ensure accurate delivery, supporting testing and validating solutions meet business and data quality standards, and producing comprehensive documentation including requirements, specifications, process flows and data models.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience as a Technical Business Analyst in Asset Management is required. A strong understanding of finance processes, especially Funds Under Management (FUM) reporting and Revenue Allocation, is necessary. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions for data-centric projects is essential. Strong analytical, communication and documentation skills are required. Experience with data mart or data warehouse projects is desirable.
