Senior Salesforce DeveloperWe are seeking a highly experienced developer to join our eCommerce team. This role demands expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, hands-on development capability, and the confidence to design and deploy complex solutions.This is an excellent opportunity for a senior engineer ready to take on technical leadership and help define the future of our digital platform.Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership and ExecutionDesign, implement, and document complex solutions and integrations within Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).Lead code reviews and guide developers; enforce best practices and ensure production-ready code.Collaborate with the Development Manager to design and improve deployment processes and security enhancements.Build and optimize integrations with external systems using APIs and RESTful services.Work with Information Security to ensure all development aligns with security and compliance standards.Diagnose issues, identify root causes, and recommend long-term improvements.Strategic CollaborationWork with Corporate Systems, Marketing, Merchandising, and Credit teams to ensure cross-system alignment and enable key business capabilities.Act as a technical liaison with external vendors and internal stakeholders.Recommend improvements to development processes and workflows to increase efficiency.Required Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.4–7 years of experience developing technical solutions in the Salesforce ecosystem.Strong hands-on experience specifically in Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud (SFCC/SFRA) and related systems.Technical Skills:Deep understanding of SFRA architecture, data modeling, and security best practices.Strong experience with APIs and RESTful web services.Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.Capable of managing multiple priorities independently.Strong documentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.Certification and Soft Skills:Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud Developer Certification (preferred).Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.Ability to collaborate effectively across teams at all levels.Why Join Our Team?Structured growth path toward Technical Lead / ArchitectHigh-impact role influencing our global digital strategyWork with the latest Salesforce technologies in an innovation-focused environment
