Client Solutions Manager

The Client Solutions Manager (CSM) is a strategic and passionate solution-driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do. TYou will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact to build and manage key client relationships, be a platform and product expert, and become an expert in media planning, strategy, and measurement for large ecommerce clients in India. The CSM will partner with the client partner to develop industry-specific relationships, drive revenue by proposing and optimizing complex solutions working across cross-functional teams [product, business engineering, measurement team etc] and use data and analytics to build consultative solutions for our customers. Success in this position requires proven consultative sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage relationships with key ecommerce clients and cross functional partners (product, business engineering, Measurement etcManage a book of business and drive performance through operational rigor and sales acumen, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunitiesAnalyze sales data, create targeted sales strategies, and develop solutions to support strategic account plans to drive investment growthDesign experimentation initiatives, develop experiment tracking, analyze results, and present recommendationsServe as external product consultant, educating clients and their partner agencies on product solutions and best practicesDrive proactive media & measurement strategy, implementation, and optimizations to increase performance and investmentsCollaborate across internal cross-functional teams to project manage complex workstreamsTravel as needed Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience4+ years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or client management rolesProven understanding of both online and traditional mediaExperience working with cross-functional teams and influencing C-suite executivesProven track record of success in sharp, communication and presentation skillsAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Preferred QualificationsExperience working with large ecommerce clients or platforms in IndiaDemonstrated experience of knowledge of Meta's advertising solutions and measurement toolsDemonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and optimize complex opportunitiesExperience in media planning, strategy, and campaign measurementMBA degreeExperience analytical and consultative sales skills
