Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that support IT service management and business workflows. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and integrations.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)- Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server, and APIs- Perform system upgrades, patching, and platform enhancements- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues and performance problems- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions- Provide technical documentation and support knowledge transferRequirements- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting- Experience with ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and ITSM processes- Familiarity with integrations, web services, and SSO- Experience with ServiceNow best practices and SDLC- ServiceNow CSA and/or CAD certification preferredNice to Have- Experience with ServiceNow App Engine- ITIL certification- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
