Job Summary We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that support IT service management and business workflows. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and integrations. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.) - Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs - Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server, and APIs - Perform system upgrades, patching, and platform enhancements - Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues and performance problems - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions - Provide technical documentation and support knowledge transfer Requirements - 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience - Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting - Experience with ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and ITSM processes - Familiarity with integrations, web services, and SSO - Experience with ServiceNow best practices and SDLC - ServiceNow CSA and/or CAD certification preferred Nice to Have - Experience with ServiceNow App Engine - ITIL certification - Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
