System Engineer/Oracle HCM- Absence ManagementWe are seeking a skilled Consultant with expertise in ADP Payroll integration to fill this pivotal role.The ideal candidate will possess a strong mix of functional knowledge and technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, as well as hands-on experience in integrating with ADP Payroll solutions.Main Responsibilities:Configure and implement Oracle Absence Management Cloud, ensuring it aligns with client-specific policies and statutory requirements.Implement Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) for efficient time tracking, approval processes, and integration with other HR processes.Design and implement integration solutions between Oracle Absence Management, OTL, and ADP Payroll.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).Familiarity with OTL configurations, including time entry, labor rules, and timesheet management.Hands on experience in technical aspects like Fast Formulas, OTBI and BI Reporting.Preferred Skills and Qualifications:Oracle Cloud Certifications (e.g., Oracle Absence Management Cloud, Oracle Time and Labor Cloud).Familiarity with Agile methodologies in project delivery.
