Job Opportunity OverviewOracle EBS OPM Consultant PositionJob Description:The Oracle EBS OPM Consultant role integrates business acumen and in-depth knowledge of the inner workings and configuration options of multiple Oracle Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Quality modules. This position requires an individual who can understand and analyze business problems and opportunities in the context of requirements and recommend solutions based on the Oracle EBS Architecture that enable the organization to achieve its goals.This consultant will facilitate and improve communication between business and technical resources, ensuring seamless coordination, interaction, and collaboration with different teams to deliver a solution.Required Skills and Qualifications:Collaborate with business partners and onsite IT Analysts to translate requirements into functional specifications and design.Work closely with the technical team to hand off the functional design and support in the technical design and development of the solution.Test solutions, drive SIT/UAT, and support deployment after going live.Liaise with Oracle on production issues and product bugs.Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in production operations, identify root causes of issues, and recommend and implement solutions for uninterrupted production operations.Desired Characteristics:Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Oracle Manufacturing and Maintenance in EBS.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Good understanding of Agile Development Process.Experience in working in Configuration Management and Incident Management.Knowledge of Fusion SCM is a plus.Education and Qualifications:Preferred Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent from a reputable institute. Any certification in Manufacturing System Management or Module is preferred but optional.
