It’s an invitation to design the next chapter of a region that’s growing fast and deserves world-class architecture.Your RoleAs the Lead Architect, you will:Head all architectural design projects from ideation to execution.Develop design concepts, layouts, and 3D visualization briefs aligned with brand aesthetics.Collaborate with civil, interior, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and Vaastu compliance.Coordinate with clients to interpret their vision into feasible, aesthetic designs.Supervise architectural drawings, detailing, and BOQ alignment.Lead and mentor junior architects and interns.Conduct site visits to ensure construction follows design intent.Drive innovation in materials, finishes, and sustainable design practices.We’re Looking ForBachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture from a reputed institution.4–10 years of experience in architecture/interior design, preferably in residential or luxury projects.Strong design sensibility, presentation skills, and project leadership.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and related tools.A keen eye for detailing and passion for quality spaces.Willingness to relocate to Assam and be part of an evolving design culture.What We OfferA chance to lead landmark projects shaping the architectural identity of Assam.A creative and close-knit work culture where your ideas actually come to life.Growth opportunities as Design Head in future expansions.Competitive salary + project-based performance bonuses.Send us your portfolio and a short note about what inspires you most in design — we’d love to hear your story.📧hr@.darshhbuilders.in 📍 Location: Biswanath Chariali / Guwahati, AssamLet’s build something beautiful — together.
