Location: Guwahati, AssamExperience Required: 15–25 years (Retired PSU/Insurance/Banking professionals preferred)We are looking for a highly experienced and disciplined professional to join our logistics organization as Manager – Insurance & Vehicle Compliance. This is a high-impact, independent role responsible for managing end-to-end insurance claims, accident documentation, and complete fleet compliance (RC, permits, fitness, HAZ, PUC, loan docs, NOCs etc.) for our LPG transportation fleet operating across Northeast India. Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end insurance claim management: intimation, surveyor coordination, documentation & recovery.Ensure timely renewal of insurance policies and zero lapse in HAZ license, permits, fitness & PUC.Maintain and supervise a master documentation register for the entire fleet.Liaise with RTOs, insurers, banks/NBFCs, surveyors and transport authorities regularly.Identify gaps causing claim rejections/delays and implement corrective action.Publish monthly dashboards on claims, upcoming renewals, and risk exposure. Ideal Candidate ProfileSenior professional with 15–25 years experience in Insurance, Transport Compliance, Banking or PSU background.Strong knowledge of motor fleet insurance, hazardous goods norms, and vehicle documentation.Excellent follow-up, negotiation, and documentation management skills.High integrity, disciplined work ethic, and ability to operate independently.Retired PSU/Insurance officers are strongly encouraged to apply.
