Senior Performance AnalystThe role of Senior Performance Analyst is pivotal in driving an organization's success by developing, implementing and refining its performance management framework. This expert will ensure that the organization's strategic objectives are clearly defined, communicated and aligned across all levels.As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for analyzing performance data, facilitating goal-setting sessions and providing insights to optimize our performance processes and achieve outstanding results. You will also be instrumental in building and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that support strategic decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesOKR ManagementDevelop company-wide OKRs to ensure strategic alignment and clarity of organizational objectivesImplement and manage the OKR digital platformFacilitate regular OKR planning and reviews sessionsProvide training and coaching on OKR best practicesDrive internal capability building through coaching, training and workshopsMonitor OKR progress systematically and provide actionable insightsDrive continuous improvement and adoption of the OKR frameworkKPI ManagementDefine, track and maintain business-critical KPIs across the organizationEstablish robust KPI governance including clear ownership and consistent review cadencesConduct regular KPI health checks and validation cyclesDesign, deploy and manage comprehensive KPI dashboards and performance reportsQualifications and RequirementsMinimum 7 years' experience in strategic planning or a related field with a proven track record in implementing OKR and KPI frameworksDemonstrated experience in KPI framework design, tracking and reportingStrong analytical skills with the capability to interpret complex data and convert insights into strategic actionsExperience leading or significantly contributing to transformation projects demonstrating measurable impact on organizational performanceExcellent facilitation and presentation skills capable of engaging and influencing cross-functional teamsDeep understanding of OKR and KPI principles and best practicesBenefitsThis role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on an organization's success.
