Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketer, located in Kozhikode. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to drive growth and achieve business targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing paid search and social media advertising campaigns, conducting market and competitor research, analyzing campaign performance data, and collaborating with the creative team to develop compelling ad content. The Performance Marketer will also work on A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in paid search and social media advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques
  • Experience in market research and competitor analysis
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
