Responsibilities:

  • Deliver weekly and monthly sales targets by meeting and converting assigned leads
  • Meet and Pitch Rupeek’s offerings to potential customers
  • Build trust by handling customer objections
  • Flawless execution of SOP while on the field
  • Build long term relationship with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Co-ordinate with Central team to resolve issues in on-going transactions
  • Share local insights from the field to the central team


Skills required:

  • Demonstrates strong rigor and ability to sell a difficult product in a B2C set up with a target driven mindset
  • Presentation- Persona should invoke trust
  • Communication- Fluency in Kannada language and Basic English


Experience:

  • Graduate with 2-3 years of B2C Field Sales Experience in Banking, Finance, Fintech, Telecom, High Value, Low Volume products
