To support the accounting and compliance operations of its new rPET trading entity, we are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Specialist to join the team in Kolkata.The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in accounting, invoicing, and compliance, with hands-on experience in SAP ERP and stakeholder management.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting and invoicing operations in SAP.Ensure timely billing, customer invoicing, and coordination with manufacturing units and customers.Handle vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.Prepare and maintain financial statements and support finalization of books of accounts.Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, and other local regulations.Support statutory and tax audits, coordinating with internal teams and external auditors.Assist in MIS reporting, reconciliations, and maintaining documentation for all trading transactions.Coordinate with Finance, Commercial, and Tax teams for compliance and reporting requirements.Qualifications and Skills RequiredMasters degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce/ CAStrong accounting foundation with 5-9 years of experience in GL, AP, AR, audit, invoicing. Proven ability to independently manage full-cycle accountingHands-on experience with SAP ERP (must have) and MS ExcelAbility to liaise with cross-functional teams (Finance, Commercial, Tax, and Operations).Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills with attention to accuracy and timelines.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - both internal and external.Ability to work in a fast-evolving business setup and contribute to process improvement and scalability.Interested candidates can send your CV atEmail: ann@anthroplace.inPhone: 9230998562
