This role is based in Pune and involves leading the development and maintenance of a scalable automation framework used across multiple teams. The individual will be responsible for framework transition, roadmap creation, and delivery planning, while working within a diverse technology stack and collaborating with stakeholders across business domains.What you will do:Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automation frameworks.Drive framework transition and define the roadmap and delivery strategy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure framework adoption and scalability.Work with technologies including Java, Python, JavaScript, Groovy, Selenium, Concordion, Spock, Junit, and Mockito.Utilise tools such as Git, Linux, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, IntelliJ, and X-Ray for JIRA.Manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure using Jenkins DSL, ArgoCD, and GitOps.Handle database operations using SQL, Oracle, JDBC, JPA, and Hibernate.Apply networking protocols and API technologies including REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and OpenAPI.Operate within containerised environments using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and AWS.Support legacy systems and agent-facing applications with German-language interfaces.Train and support less technical users and engage with diverse stakeholders.Continuously improve and refactor systems with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.Who you are:A skilled developer with advanced knowledge of Java and test automation tools.Experienced in working with large, diverse system stacks including legacy systems.Comfortable navigating German-language documentation and supporting German interfaces.Proficient in CI/CD, containerisation, and infrastructure-as-code practices.An effective communicator with strong written and spoken English skills.A collaborative team member who supports others and adapts to varied business domains.A proactive individual who takes ownership and drives continuous improvement.Not a Perfect Fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
