This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the overseas education sector and understand the complete student journey—from leads to university offers and visa outcomes.This is a remote internship with the potential for a full-time role upon successful completion.Key ResponsibilitiesApplication and Operations Management·       Manage student applications end-to-end, including document collection, accuracy checks, submission, and follow-up.·       Coordinate with counsellors to ensure timely progress and completion of student applications.·       Liaise with universities regarding application status and updates.·       Maintain dashboards and reports related to applications, offers, and visa outcomes.Sales and Student Engagement·       Monitor and allocate leads to counsellors for timely follow-up and conversion.·       Assist in resolving student and parent queries related to applications and processes.·       Support the team in achieving student recruitment and conversion targets.·       Conduct lead generation and qualification through calls and messages, and transfer qualified leads to counsellors.Required Skills·       Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.·       Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, etc.).·       Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Preferred Skills·       Interest in international education and student counselling.·       Familiarity with CRM tools for lead management.·       Prior internship or project experience in sales, operations, or administration.Candidate Profile·       Open to undergraduate and postgraduate students (preferably from Business, Management, or Marketing backgrounds).·       Candidates with a strong interest in education, global mobility, and counselling are encouraged to apply.Compensation and Benefits·       Stipend: ₹10,000 per month during the internship.·       Full-Time Opportunity: Eligible upon successful completion; salary will be performance-based and negotiable.·       Certification: Internship certificate upon completion.·       Professional Development·       Mentorship from industry experts.·       Exposure to international education and counselling processes.·       Remote-friendly, structured work environment.·       Career growth opportunities within the education consulting industry.Work Schedule·       Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM·       Working Days: Monday to SaturdayInterested candidates can apply directly through LinkedIn or email their CV to (hr@visionxstudyabroad.com) with subject as job application.Join us in shaping the future of students aspiring to study abroad and become part of a fast-growing, purpose-driven organization.
