Web Application Technical Support Specialist

You will be part of a dynamic team working closely with Client Success to provide Tier-2 client support for software technical issues and collaborate with the Engineering department to debug and resolve problems.Responsibilities:Offer technical assistance to internal and external users including customer service teams, clients, and partnersCommunicate and coordinate feedback and inputs to the development team based in IndiaAssist QA lead with quality assurance activitiesTroubleshoot technical issues with minimal support from the development teamEngage with internal and external customers to quickly identify the root of their issuePropose workarounds to customers when a fix is not yet availableProvide timely and accurate customer feedbackFOLLOW UP with clients to ensure the problem is resolvedSupport the rollout of new applicationsOffer support through procedural documentationManage multiple cases simultaneouslyEvaluate and test new releasesSuggest innovative ideas and out-of-the-box solutions for a seamless operational processRequirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technologyWork during US hours (9 am to 6 pm central time)3 to 5 years of experience in tech support for web-based business applications with a mobile interfaceWorking knowledge of Linux, Java, JavaScript (React), MySQL, AWSProficiency in browser-based debugging, JSON format, REST APIs, database queries, and logsExperience with remote desktop applications and help desk softwareExperience in ticket management tools like Clickup, Jira, Trello etc.Experience in texting and communication-based applications is a plusCertifications in Linux, Java, Web development, AWS are desirable but not requiredExperience in using AI tools for daily tasksAble to develop a growth mindset to scale into a developer with minimal trainingAttention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsGood written and verbal communicationBenefits:Market-rate salary commensurate with experience and skillsAbout Us:We are a fast-growing high-tech company with a unique patented Personalized Texting service.
