The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, making sales calls, and providing excellent customer service. The specialist will work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure the seamless execution of sales strategies.QualificationsInside Sales and Lead Generation skillsLeading inside sales.Understanding of lead quality & sync with campaingn manager.Daily weekly monthly & annual collection targets.Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skillsExcellent Communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in using CRM softwareBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience in the education or EdTech sector is a plus
