**Senior Siebel Developer Position Overview**We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a Sr. Siebel Developer role, requiring strong expertise in Siebel configuration, architecture, and order management.The successful candidate will possess hands-on technical depth, the ability to design scalable systems, and leadership capabilities to guide teams and support complex enterprise implementations.Responsibilities include:Provide expert-level development and configuration using Siebel Tools, including advanced customization.Design and support Siebel architecture with a deep understanding of the Siebel data model.Lead and manage implementations related to Siebel Order Management.Configure and support Siebel Product Management.Develop and maintain complex configurations using Siebel e-Configurator.Design scalable, reliable, and efficient system architectures to meet business needs.Work with databases using SQL and support integrations involving basic NoSQL databases.Collaborate on applications deployed on or integrated with cloud platforms, preferably OCI.Lead technical teams, mentor junior developers, and support project delivery.Participate in requirement discussions, technical design, and solution reviews.Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications:8–12 years of hands-on experience in Siebel Development.Strong expertise in Siebel Tools, Configuration, and Architecture.Extensive experience with Siebel Order Management and Product Management.Advanced hands-on knowledge of Siebel e-Configurator.Strong understanding of system and application architecture.Solid experience with SQL and basic exposure to NoSQL databases.Experience or familiarity with cloud platforms (OCI preferred).Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring and guiding development teams.**About This Role**This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Siebel developer to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality solutions.
