Also hasresponsibility for service sales initiatives and results to theindustry. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Coordinates salesand market development activities with the Director of OEM Accountsand SIC/BCN team. Includes strategic and operational sales work. 2.Directly responsible for sales and business development of servicepackages rebuilds upgrades/retrofits and parts for all SIC/BCNproducts. 3. Acts as primary point of contact for assigned KeyAccounts in the NAFTA Market. Leverages relationship betweencustomer market and Schuler Group. Analyzes feasibility oftechnical specs in RFQ s. 4. Responsible for market developmentsales and operational sales work with assigned Key Accounts.Coordinates related activities with other OEM Sales Managers andwith Director of OEM Accounts. 5. Maintains and develops businesscontacts and relationships in support of all Schuler products.Maintains records and logs of activities as directed. 6. Using andupdating the current software system regularly including CRM& project tracking completing quotation and contract reviewaccording to Company policy and completing all customersatisfaction survey requirements. 7. Participate with the Directorof OEM Accounts and Vice President of Sales & Marketing toprepare annual budget and forecasts. Provides quarterly updates. 8.Support as necessary customer service and project managementfunctions. 9. Participates and/or leads technology and productpresentations in cooperation with sales for customers. Attendstrade shows and events. Works handinhand with Marketing Group todevelop customer and market specific workshops and specifictraining events. 10. Support product marketing efforts byidentifying new company product line information. As necessaryassist marketing in updating product presentation media (i.e.PowerPoint presentations domestic and global installationstechnical papers etc.). QUALIFICATIONSBachelor s degree or equivalent and 35 years of related Sales andProduct experience. Strong knowledge of the metal forming equipmentmarket including companies technologies applications andcapabilities. Knowledge of Schuler equipment is a definite plus.Strong communication interpersonal sales presentation andnegotiations skills. ORGANIZATIONALRELATIONSHIPS: Directly accountable to the Director of OEM Accountsto perform all assigned responsibilities and duties. Ensures KeyAccount sales staff is supported when required in the quotationprocess and communicates regularly with their respective affiliatecompany(s). Provides reports or briefings on product salesactivities as requested by the Director of OEM Accounts and VicePresident of Sales & Marketing. These descriptions as notedabove cover the significant duties to be performed but do notexclude other occasional work assignments not mentioned; theinclusion of which would be in conformity with the general natureof this job.
