**Position: Sales Coordinators (For doing Backend Jobs in Office) M/F**

**ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATE APPLY**
- 3-4 years of relevant experience, doing the below jobs.
- He/She should be Graduate in Science or preferably Diploma Holder in Mechanical Engineering.
- Resident of Chennai are preferable or those who can relocate from other locations of Tamilnadu to near our Chennai Branch Office before joining.
- Speaking Tamil & English is essential.
- Package: Rs.21000 to 25000 P.M (±).
- Preparing Technical Quotations, Proposals and finding Tenders of our use of Cos in TN and other southern states.
- Sales and Payment related follow ups.
- Coordination with factory/Site, Erectors & Head office/Branch office.
- Maintain Filing records and Excel sheets.
- Sending couriers, and also taking follow-ups etc.
- Quotation Follow-ups TCR (Taking Confirmation Report)
- Record maintenance and back Office support.
- Arranging Railway/Air/Bus tickets for Site people and other official staff as per requirements.
- Paltech Introduction and Vendor Enlistments/Registration with OEMs/ Consultants/EPC Contractors for generation of enquiries.
- To create direct interaction with EPC Contractors/Consultants/OEMs. To create enquiries in sectors like Power, Steel, Fertilizers, Chemical, Sugar, Petrochemical, Engineering Industries & Refineries, Milk Plants, Distilleries, solvent, Food Processing, Plastic manufacturing, Electroplating Industries etc.

To handle participation in relevant Exhibitions/Trade Fairs in Tamilnadu and other

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Weekend only

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
