Acting as a hands-on strategist and facilitator, this role blends instructional design, enablement technology, and data-driven insights to create impactful learning experiences.The manager will lead skill gap analyses by role, manage content creation and curation, and drive program manage learning and enablement in partnership with functional leaders.
