Acting as a hands-on strategist and facilitator, this role blends instructional design, enablement technology, and data-driven insights to create impactful learning experiences.The manager will lead skill gap analyses by role, manage content creation and curation, and drive program manage learning and enablement in partnership with functional leaders. This position ensures effective program administration, analytics, and engagement across departments - building a scalable, high-performance learning culture that accelerates employee growth and business impact.Detailed Roles and ResponsibilitiesLearning Strategy & Skill Gap Analysis:Conduct periodic skill gap analysis across functions/ roles using AI, advanced analytics and manager feedback.Translate findings into prioritized learning plans with measurable outcomes.Partner with function heads to align programs with business goals and performance metrics.Learning Design & Content Management:Design and own a content creation and refresh calendar across product, process, and soft-skill areas.Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in cybersecurity, particularly in ASPM and RBVM, to ensure training content remains relevant and cutting-edge.Identify and manage internal/external content sources; define content ownership per area (Product Knowledge, Tools, Process, Competitive, Soft Skills).Own content creation and adaptation (microlearning content creation) for specific content formats.Platform Administration & Enablement Tools:Oversee administration, assignment, and curation of learning content within the LMS and enablement platforms.Curate role-specific learning paths that blend structured modules, microlearning, and simulations.Learning Delivery & Facilitation:Manage and publish the learning calendar across departments, including live workshops, virtual sessions.Deliver or facilitate training on soft skills, process excellence, and product knowledge - ensuring a high level of technical competency and product knowledge.Leverage AI to create short, engaging refresher modules that reinforce learning and boost retention.Support Certification Programs: Assist in the creation and management of internal certification programs for team members to validate their expertise in specific areas.Measurement, Analytics & Learning Effectiveness:Track learning engagement, readiness scores, and skill improvement through platform analytics.Create dashboards and reports for leadership; analyze learning data to drive improvement.Establish a manager feedback loop using performance discussions, Chorus insights, and simulation reports.Change Management & Culture Building:Drive adoption of the learning ecosystem by partnering with managers to embed learning into team cadences.Promote a culture of continuous learning and coaching through gamification, certifications, and recognition programs.Support the onboarding of new hires with structured learning paths and hands-on practice environments.KPI's for the RoleImprovement in skill proficiency across departments.Reduction in new-hire ramp-up time and time-to-productivity.Training adoption and completion rates by function and role.Content Freshness - % of content refreshed on scheduleWhy you will love itCareer Growth Opportunities: We believe in promoting from within and provide career progression paths, enabling our employees to advance in their careersWork-Life Balance: We understand the importance of a healthy work-life balance, offering flexible hours and remote work options to promote a sustainable lifestyleCollaborative Environment: Our company fosters a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture, where employees can collaborate and learn from each other's experiences.Employee Recognition: We value and recognize the contributions of our team members through awards, employee of the month programs, and other forms of acknowledgment.Competitive Compensation: We offer competitive salaries and performance-based bonuses, recognizing and rewarding the hard work and dedication of our teamComprehensive Benefits: Our benefits package includes health insurance for employees and dependants, to support the overall well-being of our employees.
