Your work profile
As a Deputy Manager in our 'Growth Office' Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. Your roles and responsibilities will be to -
Collaborate with stakeholders, such as senior management, department heads, and employees, to ensure alignment and engagement throughout the program journey.
Conduct stakeholder management with managing weekly/month stakeholder meetings to present periodic progress, sharing MOMs and Charing the Governance calls.
Creating program Plans and tracking various activities of implementation projects.
Conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
Consequently, redesign and optimize processes, ensuring they are streamlined, cost-effective, and aligned with industry best practices
Creating Dashboard and ppts for progress of the project/program with Senior stakeholders.
Specific Skills
Bachelor’s degree in engineering/Management from reputed institutions
Excellent Power point and Excel skills.
Outstanding Communication skills, both written and verbal
Extremely good in Microsoft Excel - Representation of graphs, pivots and excel analytics. Understanding of Project management methodologies and models (Waterfall and Agile)
Desired qualifications
Education Level – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience – 5-6 years
Location and way of working
Base location: Delhi/Mumbai
This profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
