Assistant Manager-Programme OfficeJob Description
- He/she should be expected to:
Plan schedule of courses and Academic Calendar.Coordinating with the faculty members, internal as well as visiting for timely delivery of Course, Study material, cases distribution, etc. to the studentsCoordination in Conducting Mid-Term, Quizzes, End Term examination with the Controller of Exam.Bridging the gap between the students and faculty for the student’s assignment submission.Managing with the faculty members in Preparation of the results & PGP for timely declaration of the results.Coordinating with the accounts department for the timely payment of Visiting Faculty as well as the Guest Faculty.Coordinating with Corporate Internship Program Coordinator and Career Management Centre (CMC) for the timely submission of projects and conducting projects & VIVA.Registration of new batch and preparing pre term schedule.Maintaining Files, students’ academics and personnel database.Maintaining Session Material/Course pack of each subject.Providing assistance in conducting the Convocation including the preparation of Grade Sheets and Diplomas.Visit to the classrooms on a regular basis to determine areas of challenge to prioritize service delivery and supports.Responsible for weekly attendance reporting, prepares attendance reports of the students.Creating Various Reports for Program Director & PGP Committee including minutes of the meetings.
Desired Profile-Graduate, with minimum 2 years of experience in programme office.
Desired Skills -Good Knowledge of Word, Excel , PPT & internet;Good English Communication.Should be able to draft reports, email and prepare minutes of the meeting.Should be able to maintain records properly.
