Job Brief:
We’re seeking a dynamic, resourceful, and tech-savvy Assistant to our Founder/CTO to help drive innovation and operational excellence. This is a highly collaborative role for someone passionate about research, data analytics, strategic partnerships, and organizational efficiency and has brilliant communication skills. You will be an essential partner to the Founder, ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day operations and long-term initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
Data-Driven Insights & Strategic Research: Analyze data to guide decisions and strategies and present insights via eye-catching visuals, dashboards, and summaries. Craft top-notch reports, presentations, and strategic docs.
Vendor & Partner Management: Cultivate strong relationships with vendors and partners and negotiate deals.
High-Impact Communication: Act as the go-to point for external stakeholders and be the champion of the Founder’s vision with clarity and professionalism.
Schedule Savvy: Master the calendar like a pro, prioritize, plan, and optimize to keep everything running smoothly.
What You Bring
Education : Bachelor’s in Business, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience : 3+ years in professional roles, including 1+ in analytics & 2+ in research or strategy.
