Education Program ManagerThe Education Program Manager is responsible for overseeing relationships with international clients, ensuring their educational needs are met in a timely and comprehensive manner. This role requires managing global partnerships, delivering exceptional service through virtual sessions, and facilitating international travel when necessary.Client Relationship ManagementAct as the primary liaison between our organization and international clients across major global regions.Build strong relationships with schools, distributors, and education partners.Understand client needs and provide tailored STEM solutions.Conduct regular check-ins, manage expectations, and ensure timely communication.Program Implementation & SupportCoordinate global program rollouts and deliver pre/post-sales technical support to ensure seamless execution.Create implementation plans suited to diverse educational systems, taking into account regional differences and cultural nuances.Monitor program delivery across time zones and maintain quality standards.Troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth client operations and minimize downtime.Technical Training & DemonstrationsDeliver virtual trainings, webinars, and live demos on various topics, including PictoBlox, AI, Robotics, IoT, and more.Develop customized training content for international audiences, considering language and cultural barriers.Travel internationally for onsite workshops and demonstrations, promoting our solutions and building strategic relationships.Support curriculum integration and classroom adoption by providing resources and guidance.Program Monitoring & EvaluationTrack key performance indicators (KPIs), gather feedback, and assess program effectiveness to identify areas for improvement.Analyze trends and drive continuous improvement based on client insights and market analysis.Collaborate with internal teams to enhance programs and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Cross-Cultural & Curriculum AdaptationAdapt programs to meet the needs of various curricula, including IB, Cambridge, American, and others, while ensuring cultural relevance and sensitivity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to localize content and promote global understanding.Stay updated on global education standards and best practices, applying this knowledge to inform program development.Stakeholder CollaborationSupport Business Development efforts by providing technical expertise and insight, helping to drive growth and expansion.Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including Curriculum, Operations, and Marketing teams, to ensure seamless delivery and coordination.Contribute to case studies and success stories, highlighting the impact and value of our programs.Travel & Time Zone ManagementTravel internationally (20–30%) for meetings, trainings, and events, representing our organization and promoting our brand.Manage flexible hours and work arrangements to accommodate multiple time zones, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Represent our organization at global events and conferences, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership.
