This individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and leading a team of sales professionals.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform strategic decisions and improve sales processes.Requirements:8+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in B2B SaaS.Proven track record of driving revenue growth and establishing high-performing sales teams.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and motivate a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Ability to analyze complex sales data and make informed strategic decisions.Preferred Skills:Experience in project management and process improvement.Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
