About the Role

EcellStreet is looking for a creative and data-driven
Social Media Strategist
who can plan, execute, and optimize social media strategies to drive brand visibility, engagement, and sales.

The ideal candidate understands e-commerce, gadgets, trending products, and platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest.


Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning

  • Develop monthly and weekly social media strategies aligned with EcellStreet's marketing goals.
  • Create platform-wise content plans for product launches, offers, festive campaigns, and trending categories.
  • Identify ideal audience segments and design targeting strategies accordingly.

Content & Creative Direction

  • Guide the content team in creating high-engagement reels, product showcase videos, lifestyle UGC, and static posts.
  • Research trends, products, audio, and competitor strategies.
  • Maintain brand voice, consistency, and aesthetic across all platforms.

Performance & Analytics

  • Track KPIs like reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, and ROAS.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Optimize strategies based on analytics, trends, and customer behaviour.

Campaigns & Collaboration

  • Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns for sales, promotions, and new arrivals.
  • Coordinate with influencers, creators, and partners for collaborations.
  • Work closely with design, ads, and operations teams.


Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media strategy or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and product-based content.
  • Ability to conceptualize viral reels, UGC ideas, and storytelling formats.
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, and analytics tools.
  • Good communication, creative thinking, and trend spotting skills.


Bonus Skills

  • Experience with paid ads strategy
  • Basic knowledge of SEO for captions
  • Ability to write copy for creatives and campaigns
  • Understanding of product presentation/styling
