Detailed Jd:


● Experience with a minimum of four Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or in a supporting role

for Oracle Fusion HCM Application modules - core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence, Talent and Goals.

● Proven experience in HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formula, BPM Approvals, PBL.

● Development of core HR reports using relevant Oracle reporting functionality (OTBI, BI Publisher,

Oracle Analytics etc.)

● Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud and working understanding of Integrations and Release

Management

● Expertise in HCM Payroll Cloud - Payroll processing

● Expertise in additional modules such as Oracle HCM Cloud Global HR, Compensation, Absence Management, Benefits is preferred

● Hierarchy and HCM security requirements identification.

● Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

● Communication and Analytical skills
