Must-Have

Expertise in HCM Payroll Cloud - Payroll processingExpertise in additional modules such as Oracle HCM Cloud Global HR, Compensation, OTL, Absence Management, Benefits is preferredGood Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Reporting tools of BI Publisher and OTBI based reportingHierarchy and HCM security requirements identification.Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentCommunication and Analytical skillsUnderstanding of role provisioningUnderstanding and experience in Configurations/fast formulas and BPM Approvals is desirable

for Senior Oracle HCM Techno Functional Analyst Role

Experience with a minimum of four Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or in a supporting role for Oracle Fusion HCM Application modules - Core HR, Benefits, Absence, Talent, Goals, Compensation, Oracle Time and Labor , Helpdesk and UK Payroll Processing

Must-Have

Experience with a minimum of four Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or in a supporting role for Oracle Fusion HCM Application modules - core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence, Talent and Goals.Proven experience in HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formula, BPM Approvals, PBL.Development of core HR reports using relevant Oracle reporting functionality (OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics etc.)Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud and working understanding of Integrations and Release ManagementExpertise in HCM Payroll Cloud - Payroll processingExpertise in additional modules such as Oracle HCM Cloud Global HR, Compensation, Absence Management, Benefits is preferredHierarchy and HCM security requirements identification.Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentCommunication and Analytical skills
